We process only the information needed to answer enquiries, prepare offers and manage reservations.
Purpose and legal basis
We use contact details and message content to answer enquiries, prepare offers and manage reservations or pre-contractual steps. Security logs are processed for our legitimate interest in a secure website. Analytics and advertising tools run only with consent.
Retention and providers
Ordinary enquiries are retained for no more than 3 years after the last contact. Reservation, contractual and accounting records may be retained for up to 10 years where required by law. Hosting logs are retained for no more than 30 days and cookie consent for 12 months. Vercel, Resend, Better Hotel and, with consent, Google and Seznam.cz may process the necessary data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. You may also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
