Accommodation and reservations

The operator provides accommodation services to a customer who books accommodation at the operator's property. The customer is the person making the reservation. Current accommodation units are described on the website and in the booking system.

The booking system calculates the price according to the accommodation type, number of units and guests, length of stay and reservation dates.

Deposit and binding reservation

Depending on the selected accommodation and dates, the booking system may calculate a deposit payable through the online payment gateway. Once confirmed by the operator, the reservation is binding on the customer and the specified deposit must be paid. If it is not paid by the stated deadline, the operator may release the dates to another customer.

Cancellation conditions

The cancellation conditions applicable to the selected offer and dates are shown in the Better Hotel booking system before the reservation is completed and subsequently in its confirmation.

Alternative dispute resolution

If a consumer dispute arising from a service contract cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, email adr@coi.gov.cz, website coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr.
